My name is LeAnn and I had a life changing wake-up call when I was told I had cancer (lymphoma) last year after Christmas and was cancer free by July. Anyway, I made up my mind to get healthy and hopefully get rid of my type 2 diabetes, high BP, high cholesterol and body aches. Unfortunately, I failed miserably over the past year due to my excessive hunger and being too out of shape and tired to exercise.
