Ugh. MY SHOULDER STILL HURTS LIKE A MOFO. And I have to go to the medieval torture chamber tomorrow to start physical therapy.

My shoulder hurt for awhile on and off! I used a heating pad. That helped.

I, too start PT tomorrow. I can't go into the pool for another 6 wks, so I have to start in the gym. But you and I are making progress, aren't we???
