  1. I have a full-thickness tear in my rotator cuff, so surgery on 9/13. Ugh, and yay all at the same time. Glad it can be repaired surgically, not looking forward to an immobilized right arm for 6 weeks :(

      Oh my I'm so sorry to hear you have to go through that! Hopefully you'll heal quickly. Two of my sisters have had rotator cuff surgery and I'm don't want to scare you but both said it's the worst surgery they ever had.....just be prepared. They've both done well since surgery but they both had a painful recovery....

      Sorry to hear that. As kmorri said, my friend who had it said it was a painful recovery. However, living with it is much worse. Glad you have done well with your sleeve as it will help you in recovery.

      I don't want to be disheartening, but my mom had that surgery and like the others said, it's painful. In my mom's case it was a long recovery too. It took her a year to recover but she was in her 60's when she had hers. Good luck to you and I wish you a speedy recovery.
