I am pre-op as well. My surgery is on July 7. I have a fear of anesthesia...I have had surgery before so I know what to expect. I just don't like the idea of being put under! I have thought about not losing very much or at all too. But this is the best shot I have and I will do whatever it takes. I am ready for this tool! I wish you luck on your journey! Hello Everyone! My liquid diet starts tomorrow for 2 weeks! I am excited for this next step. My diet will be: 4 Boost shakes a day 1 Cup of broth from bouillon 64oz minimum of Water with flavoring My surgery date is July 7th. The day before surgery I will be on Clear liquids only! @@Karen Kenney I have Kaiser as well but in Oregon! So interesting how requirements are different even within the Kaiser system. My pre op diet is 4 Boost shakes, chicken broth and flavored water for 2 weeks prior. My surgery is on July 7th. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App -

@nyseness. I have heard tastes change after surgery so I just stocked up on bottled Water and strawberry kiwi propel powder and unflavored Protein powder. @@nyseness I am current using the EAS shakes in chocolate fudge...I love them!! I also bought some PB2. It's powdered Peanut Butter and I put some of that in with the shake and blend with some Water and ice...DELISH!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
