My minigoal right now is to get below 400 and to get to a size 26/28 I am 407 now I get weighed again June 19th which kinda sucks cause ive been slacking in the exercise lately, don't normally do that. And I am in 30/32 clothes -

lol with all the excess WEIGHT I have my boobs go down under my arms when I lay down and make one boob when I lay on my side LOL so i dont think it could get much worse when I DO lose more weight lol -

I didn't have a weightloss history though I had lost and gained several times. That is whymy insurance wanted the 6 month diet. I don't understand why some want both. =/

yeah I dunno how they do it, they must get a lot of help from people, because I know John doesn't make THAT much money and Kate doesn't work, plus they have maids and all that other stuff. It has to be hard to have 8 kids especially all in the same age ranges and all multiples.

I felt sick like that after having my gallbladder out, I think it's just both surgeries being together, hit her hard. Give it time, keep her comfy and I hope she does better. Good luck, I'll keep you in my thoughts. -
I think you will lose a decent amount of weight probably about the same you have lost or a little less possibly a little more. Good luck!!!

This sounds like gallbladder problems. I would wake up in the middle of the night with horrible pains like that. Found out I had 25ml of gallstones. Had my gallbladder removed. Felt soooooooooooo much better.

I'm on a 1200-1600 calorie diet, and I don't think it's all about counting calories. You need to exercise too and take small bites and all that jazz. -
