thank you georgia glad I am helpful even before being banded XD Try Jello or lowfat or sugarfree pudding , oatmeal, Protein shakes...scrambled eggs!!! mm eggs :sad: you can boil eggs and just unwrap the shell from it and munch it in a hurry too
