Everyone has had hardships in their life, it is wrong and immature to say that no one knows what you went through or has been through things like that. Most doctors/nutritionests want you to chart your food so you might have to not be lazy and start doing that...either way you need to work with the band...it isn't a walk in the park.

I've been lazy with the exercise lately. I need some motivation that will kick my ass in gear. The past 5 days I haven't done ANY exercise. Usually I at least walk 2 to 3 miles a day. Blah

Hey all. I have been looking around here at all the bookstores and I haven't been able to find ANY books specifically on lapband. I have seen some online but do not have a way to order things online. Does anyone have any old LAPBAND books they don't need anymore. I keep finding books on weight loss surgery in general but none on lapband.
