Did anyone elses bowels hate them BEFORE surgery? (Kinda long)

The quote from one of those threads on there that gets me is "I'd be sleeping away and my wife would be dying. I'd wake up to a fume of farts and perfume as she tried to overpower my smell." Ewww. LOL Today I also saw a thread about DSers exchanging clothes...I thought...'I wonder how stained or how smelly these clothes are' LOL

That happened to me a few days before this period. Then 2 days after that I started. Hopefully you'll get a period. :thumbup:

Did you find out about the fills. My last weigh in was Monday and I lost 9.5 lbs I am down 20.5 now :thumbup:

I am down a size in shoes now just with 20.5 lbs I gave in and bought a cheap 7 dollar pair of sandels in size 9 instead of 10 :thumbup: love them

This is a thread for all of us to post our current weights and how much we have lost. I'm not banded yet, won't be until around November. I started out at 419 lbs though on April 16th. On May 6th I was down to 416. On May 16th I was down to 410.5 On June 4th (my next weigh in with the nutritionist), I hope to be very close to 400 or possibly below (won't get my hopes up). I am on month 2 of my 6 month supervised diet for the insurance. And I hope to continue to lose weight until I finally have surgery. Jasmine

My starting BMI was 61.9 weight was 419 I am on a 6 month diet for insurance but my doc does have a 3 month diet for his patients. I just started month 4 about 29 minutes ago so far I have lost 20.5 lbs. I didn't have to lose but I am but I can't gain back to what I started at. For his newer patients he wants them to lose 10% of their body weight. Even high BMIers can get banded, don't listen to the RNY talk.

Me too, only thing is i finish my 6 month diet in october surgery should be in November. If I have to fight the insurance I might not be able to get it done before the end of December when I wont have insurance anymore. I am praying everything goes okay.
