I forgot to put in yesterdays work out. 1 mile slow walk 1 mile brisk walk with 2 lb weights 1 mile light jog 1 mile brisk walk with resistance bands for arms Took about an hour for all of it. Haven't done today's yet will post it later.

that sounds sort of like mine cept I have 12 sessions 1 every 2 weeks. But I always meet with the nutritionist etc I just started month 4 out of 6 and I am down 20.5 lbs.

yet his research seems to be backwards...from what I've seen on here people with higher BMI's lose more faster...but yeah I guess it depends really lol

I wasn't offended by this, but I can see how many people could be. A lot of individuals find the word "ghetto" offensive...no matter what race they are. Instead of saying that word I would have said it was in a not so nice part of town. As for the other part...if I would go there...If I knew what the doctor was like and he was an amazing doctor who was nice and caring. Hell yes I would. A lot of hospitals are around not so decent areas of neighborhoods. No reason that the hospital isn't good. But all in all the original poster should be more careful next time. :teeth_smile:

Also I started at 419 lbs and now I am 398.5

I'm not banded yet. I won't be until November. But I am on a 6 month supervised diet for insurance. In month 4 now.

So I never posted this but as of July 21st I was a 50+ BMIer instead of 60+. In april my BMI was 61.9 now it's 58.8

dunno about needles and the ink i'd say it's possible. I know when i have gotten scabs on my tattoos from like shaving or something it causes them to lose some ink and I had to get touch ups so it's probably very possible. I think that most people dont get the actual needle stuck into their port incision though the port is usually beside it right?
