Hmmm...I never knew 10cc bands didnt get restriction as well...never heard it from pople I know with them now the 4 cc band i Have heard it about that one -

You may want to up your calories a bit for a few days it should jump start your matabolism again your body is getting too used to so little calories and its going to think you're starving. -

I'm getting exciteddddd lol i want my approval already lol even though it gets sent in monday arg lol Lindsey told me it would prob take 2 weeks but I am hoping it takes 1. Either way Kaplan does put a fill during surgery right Kyla? I think that's what you told me and he uses all the band sizes just chooses based on stomach size during surgery. I'm so close yet so far away LOL -

Today B- none L- michelina's pasta and chicken frozen dinner south beach diet chocolate protein cereal bar S- 2 oz beef jerky D- 2 cups campbell's chicken noodle soup 100 calorie pack chocolate animal crackers Question? It may sound stupid but what is greek salad and greek yogurt...also what are some good protein shake recipies. I start preop diet in a few weeks.
