My BMI starting was 61.9 and i started at 419 pounds. I start month 2 of my 6 month diet for insurance on June 4th and I'm already down to 410.5. Well I am probably less now but I don't get weighed again until the 4th. My surgeon thinks this surgery is perfect for me. People my size and even bigger/smaller have lost with this surgery and I am so looking forward to having it sometime around November! Good luck! Also I forgot to say I'm 5'9 LOL

My insurance requires 6 month supervised diet and psych evaluation. I start month 2 June 4th!!

When I went to my consult I was nervous too. I ended up having a high blood pressure because of it and that made her want to check my blood pressure weekly. Turns out it was nerves that made it go up the 2nd appt she checked it it was lower but still elevated, 3rd completely normal. As I went and went the stress level went down.

How do I make a social group? I have looked and looked and can't find where I do it.

I haven't had my surgery yet but my doc told me I couldnt have alcohol for a year after surgery then I could drink again in small amounts.

I can't figure out how to create one. I feel dumb. Any help?

I'm excited about my next nutritional appt on June 4th but also frustrated. Lol. I hate waiting to find out if I lost more weight. I so badley want to put a 3 on the front of my numbers instead of a 4 I want to be out of the 400's I know I only have 10.5 more pounds until I am but hopefully I did it. Wednesday needs to get here.
