I started my process April 5th with an orientation. I get banded on November 24th

My surgeon requires an overnight stay.

I started at a BMI of 61.9 419 lbs I've never needed tongs when I have had surgery and I won't when I get banded in 3 weeks lol... I guess the DSer's arms get tired from having to wipe so often...LOL

I have a feeling even after the elections are over and done with that there is still going to be a lot of blabbing about who won, who didn't win...why this person should have won, didn't etc. And the people who disagree with who won will find more 'facts' or stuff on the internet and try to say how they shouldn't have won etc...I am sure there will still be plenty of political chatter...plenty plenty.

Ew, today has not been a good food day. I had fast food for breakfast and lunch and it wasn't lower calorie stuff either. Mom brought home McSkillet burritos for breakfast...oh god lol 500 calories for one of those and of course I eat the whole thing...:cool2: then this afternoon thanks to my lovely time of the month I was craving chocolate like mad so I got a small twisted oreo chocolate frosty...:biggrin: that's 400 calories...bad bad bad froggi. -slaps self-

How much did you lose during the first week of your preop diet? How much in the entire preop diet? Also what kind of diet were you on? I'm required to lose 5 lbs in the first week on a diet consisting of Protein shake for Breakfast, Protein Shake for lunch, and lean meat and green veggies for dinner.
