I started month 2 on june 4th, my 4th nutritional appt is June 19th. I have 9 more nutritional meetings over the remaining months. It should be over in the middle of October.

So I had my weigh in/nutritional appt on the 4th I was hoping to get down closer to 400, well I got closer just not as much as I wanted. I lost 3.5 more lbs. Now instead of 410.5 I weigh 407. I hope some of it's just TOM crap. lol

They better let her bring it. I don't think it would be a prob. I hope. LOL

That's my fave too, I also cant stand lukewarm water or even just chilled water it's cold but i cant stand it I have to have some ice in it. But I adore water, it just doesnt seem to quench my thirst unless it has ice in it.

I def need to check out those bras lol

Usually I just freeze my water bottles and put them in the fridge when they have a mushy icey consistency. I adore plain cold ice water. But once in awhile I want some fruityness so I add crystal light packets. I have had no prob with crystal light packets but I dont drink them like I used to a couple years ago. Then I always used them in my water. Now I prefer plain water.:thumbup:

But either way I love this thread.

I think we all get scared about surgery at times. My insurance is giving me a bit of the run around with some things but I am working through it. To the people who are paying for surgery GOOD LUCK and good for you. It's worth it to have a long and healthy life. For those with insurance probs be strong and think positive, I know how you feel. And to those having surgery soon CONGRATS AND GOOD LUCK. May you heal quickly and lose lots of weight!!

So. Yesterday I posted a suggestion to alex about making a forum specifically for the ladies, since the guys have one. One where we can talk about bras hitting incisions, bras, our breasts, and our anatomy, makeup, shopping, SHOES, all the girly stuff. He said we can try it out but need a name. Okay so the question is.... What would be a good name and description for it?! So I thought I would post this so all the ladies can respond and and we can vote on a name and description. What do all ya'll ladies think?! Come on girls! Lets get some ideas!
