i have trouble swallowing pills in the first place with extended release pills sometimes i just open them up yes I know it could make them not last as long but sometimes it's a must. -
lol I decided to goto bed too no one was alive anymore. I bet cannibals get more than enough protein lol like you said, I don't think I could be a cannibal eating humans doesn't appeal to me. >< I like cheerios though MMMHMMM yum yum :thumbup:

according to mine my body burns 2400 but i dont believe it cause i mean yeah i lost 3.5 lbs the last 2 weeks 5.5 before that 3 before that, and I am eating between 1200-1600 calories a day and trying to walk 2 miles everyday

its pretty big but i think the weather was why i burned so much it was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO hot i was sweating up a rainstorm. Plus the grass was really tall and i had to go over several spots more than once, plus the lawn mower didnt want to start so i had to try to start it for 20 minutes plus it's a push lawnmower and heavy LOL
