I am in the same boat.. I was sleeved on 08/10/2016 and just found out I am 4 weeks and 5 days as well. I am super excited and a little worried too.. I read that someone my height and weight (5'9 188lbs) should be eating 2310 calories during the first trimester!! I can barely get past 1200 and that's really trying. I hope to meet with a nutritionist and get some clarification on how to eat and what.. Good luck!!

I'm scheduled August 10th!! I start the liquid diet 07/27.. so headed to New Orleans this weekend for a last hoorah!! I'm excited to start this new journey in my life. -
I have BCBS of TX EPO and got an approval letter today!! I had to have a psych evaluation, dietician consult, and an EGD. No monitored weight loss or letter from my PCP. I have a BMI of 39, HTN and pre-diabetes (metformin). I'm so excited!! Ready for this change!
