My problem is in my back. I woke up from anesthesia with a horrible lower back pain. Is being a week after and still have pain. Is that could be normal? Ice pop cycles are fine. This is my first week after the surgery and I haven't any problem. I am making bone broth cause it have a lot of nutrients. You can also have liquid Protein, not the shakes during the first 2 weeks. After the surgery the dr and nutritionist should give you a food list Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
