Im soo very pleased!! I had my 3 mo check up and im more than 50% of my body weight gone so im very pleased with my new tool!! Dr says in these next 3 mo she wants me to loose 20 lbs so im going to push hard and do my best!! I seriously wish i would have made this change way earlier in life....but it is what it is and im embracing every aspect of this change????????????so for today i wish everyone the very best and keep pushing to do better???????????????? Heeyyy everyone two months out and im 40lbs down im feeling wonderful just some days i have no energy to do anything i think it may be due to extreme change in work scedule but im forcing myself lol....is it normal not to have an appitite and i still force myself to eat veggies or cut fruit but i have no will to eat food.
