Im 5 days post-op and just went home this morning. I had a bottle of Water with crystal light and was able to finish it in 3 hours. Currently sipping on Isopure zero carbs with 40g of Protein. Does this beverage count as fluids as well? I'm hoping to add the oz to my Fluid intake. Anyone know? Thanks! Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
