I'm 6months out... lost 60 pounds, everything was great! For about a month or so I've been off track and gained 3 pounds. Now I'm paying more attention to what I'm eating and trying to get my Protein in. I hope the weight starts to come off again Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone has ever gotten "off track" and gained weight? What did you do to fix it? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Hey everyone! After your wls did you immediately eat healthy all the time? I know I should be making healthy choices and I plan to put forth more effort. However, I am 2 weeks and 4 days post sleeve and I'm able to eat whatever I want (not as much of course) but I can still eat bad food/fast food. I know this makes no sense, but I think I thought my brain would just switch and I would be this new healthy person who would never eat fries, chips or bread...yea, that didn't happen Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Why is it suggested not to drink while eating? I'm currently having a baked chicken leg for dinner and I'm thirsty. I believe the rule is to wait 30min before you drink. Is this true? Why? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

At 11 days post op, it's easier to tell that I'm full...just felt it yesterday from a Protein smoothie that I made with frozen fruit, yogurt, Protein powder, and lite juice. I was terrified that I stretched my stomach . My stomach sounds have calmed down a lot! And I'm able to pretty much drink Water regularly without sipping. It's definitely getting easier. Almost too easy...like my sleeve is too big Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

More than u said u did I was fine all day at work, but when I got home, I was starving! I definitely don't suggest cheating tho. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I'm 10 days post op and I hated the pre op diet. I cheated a few times and my liver was fine. If u absolutely have to eat, then try a lean piece of chicken. Try your best to do as ur surgeon instructed...it's worth it Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

No PPI...its head hunger for sure, which I'm doing pretty good at ignoring today. I made my own smoothie that served as Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I used frozen fruit, light and fit peach Greek yogurt, a splash of light pineapple/mango juice, and 25g of whey Protein powder. I know this isn't 100% perfect, however, it has made it easy for me to get some protein in. Next time I'll use 2 scoops of Protein Powder Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
