March 30 Sleevers?
alkalbani91 replied to HotLady34's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Mine was March 30th too. I am at soft food stage. I started swimming and I feel great. Next week I will start some abdominal exercises. Honestly I returned to work after just 1 week post op. I'm taking all my Vitamins and getting in my Protein shakes smoothly. I lost 37 lbs and for the past two weeks my scale didn't move at all. Otherwise I feel great. I don't have any regrets at all. Drink a lot of Water, don't skip your vitamins and Protein Shakes. They'll give you energy. Oh and I started wearing smaller clothes . Excited to continue. I'm 4 weeks post op. I feel no pain. I feel active. I went swimming and it felt great. I eat normal food (no carbs or hard food yet) and it feels great. I sometimes have a weird feeling that something is not right because i feel so normal. I feel nauseous now and then but still i feel normal. Sometimes i have strange gas noises coming from my stomach but it doesn't hurt or anything it just feels weird. I am scared of a thing called (undetected leaks) since I went swimming and my child jumbed on my stomach. I get the feeling that there is something wrong even though i feel ok. Anyone had this experience? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Just started eating soft food. My weight stopped going down as I lost 33 lbs in the first three weeks. Called my doctor he said that I lost Water weight and had to drink more liquids. I'm now going to my 5th week and still my weight didn't change. Is there something to worry about? Anyone had this experience? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Giving up the scale...
alkalbani91 replied to april2003's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yeah me too. I weigh myself like every 2 hours. I got kind of depressed after 3 weeks post surgery. My weight was still. I visited the doctor and said I lost Water weight. So I gave up weighing myself and will wait to see results later on. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
