I was confused too so I been sticking to Soups and Beans and eggs and apple sauce . But I put hot sauce in my beans because I crave hot wings so bad. I also eat wendys chili it's on my list of can eat. The only things I have eaten that is not on the paper given is pickles with no skin or seeds, lemons and then at taco bell I got a chicken quesidia and only ate the inside not the bread part( yes not the best choice but WA son middle of nowhere and only had a few choices to choose from ) . I never thought of that , since Protein shake is a drink . All they told me is wait thirty mins before eating after drinking and wait a hour to drink after eating . I would assume the rules apply to all drinks Sent from my HTC Desire 626s using the BariatricPal App

I have four kids and help my mom raise my five nieces and nephews youngest being 4 months and second youngest is two and iT wasn't a problem for me . I would love the recipes !!! I been cleared to move on to soft mushy foods just chose to stay on liquid an extra week to take it slow but it's killing me lol I love hot wings !
