:blush:I am going in tomorrow for a ventral hernia repair in Boston. After this we will proceed with banding. Looks like by June. I am on HMR and have lost 30 pounds since January 16th. How are individuals who eat for head hunger and emotions along with night time eating doing? Any advice?
