Hi. I was/am still struggling with the puréed diet. I've just discovered if you purée tin tuna (I was told not to eat it from the can as that's considered a "soft" food) and avocado together is yummy. Also roast chook, Mayo, avocado and a bit of sweet chilli sauce. That worked as well. Yogurt and any fruit with a splash of honey is a quick lunch meal. Hope that helps.
