I'm going through the exact same thing...u r not alone. I lost 10lbs pre op and 10lbs my first week ...Nothing since then and I'm now 3 weeks out. 20lbs in a month is a lot so I figure my body is catching up. I'll weigh in a few weeks. Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App

You should track everything you eat for a week and set up an appointment with your nutritionist. I lost support from my sister/best friend I didn't tell her I was having the surgery. Your friend will find out I say wait until u r approved and have set your date then ask for her support. You don't need any negative energy right now. Prepare for her response it could go either way. This is your journey not your friends. Best of luck to you. I've walked all that I can but can't pass gas. I can't get any fluids down without being in so much pain. They won't release me until I get in Fluid by myself. At a loss on what to do???? incision are great everything is great except this. Sent from my SM-G900P using the BariatricPal App

My doctors office is pushing the Bariatric Advantage products for my 2 week pre op diet ..do you have any recommended websites I could view for alternative? Those products are so expensive.
