    This is my first time on here. My first post I get to that I got my date.. April 27. I start the liver shrinkage diet Sunday. Getting excited along with being overwhelmed I want to make sure I do everything right.

    Lagrange GA.. I started the diet yesterday.. ugh and you have been on it how long?lol .. I am so glad my Dr didn't require for me to go longer.
