Hello everyone : I'm 54 years old and I am about to have my gastric bypass surgery in June 2016. I am going back and forth with my PCP to send the information to my insurance company so that I can have the sleep study done. When I talked to my insurance company they said that the only thing they are waiting for is the medical codes for the sleep study.
