Hey There, Just adding my 2 cents worth. I love the Bariatric Advantage Multi Vitamins (large but taste like the good old fashion Flinstones and the calcium citrate Chews. (peanut Butter) Truly like Peanut Butter cups. Those are my treats during the day. lol. I take 2 of the multi in the morning and 2 calcium chews during the day. Their Protein powder (chocolate is my fav. as well) . It cuts down on so many different bottles sitting on my counter and having to keep up with so many. Hope this helps.

No Way, No Way, No Way! I have been dreaming of new clothing for such a long time and can't wait to get to the point to just HAVE to! lol. I have 3 daughters all wearing all the cuteness. One of them selling the Lularoe clothing line and have been selecting all the wants. Just the thought of wanting to go to my closet to get dressed is a dream to come true. Enjoying my journey!!!!

This is just my personal opinion, I had my lapband removed in Oct. 2015 and now am having the sleeve done April 27th 2016. I spoke with both my primary Dr. and My Bariatric Dr. about both of them. Both recommended for me the Sleeve with lots of Pro's but also remember the option for the Bypass is still there if need be for any reason. There will always be people who agree with and disagree with anything you set out to research.. Just do your research and do what you feel comfortable with. Best of Luck!
