    Ahhh After fill Hiccups?!?!

I also get them if I eat to fast or don't chew like I should. They're not much fun so I try to avoid them.
  4. Hi

Can you please help me with updating my ticker when I lose weight. I can't figure it out thanks!

What is your average weekly loss?

I am losing about 2 lbs per week. The first couple of weeks after being banded it was more like 5 a week. I have had 1 fill and go for the 2nd on June 3rd. I've not been able to get all of my walking in this nor last week (my daughter has lots of end of school year activies). I will try to get back on the walking track as soon as I can to help my losing.
  6. Thanks for sharing your first fill stories. I go on Tuesday for my 1st I can only hope it goes as well as ya'lls have.
  7. My first fill is scheduled for Tuesday the 6th. Need it badly, my doctor does not fill at all during surgery. So far I have lost 19 lbs since surgery. I will post again after my fill.

    united health care

I also have UHC, they also required the 6 month diet thing, however I had that in my medical records. I had a $100 copayment and the Dr. office and $100 copayment @ the surgery center. Thank goodness my husband has such good insurance.

    Itchy...

I was banded on 03/28 and noticed my incinsions starting to itch a little right afterwords, however as time passed it got worse until I finally called my doctor on day 9 post-op. They told me to drop by the office so they could take a look. It turned out that I was allergic to the glue on the steri strips. The nurse removed the remaining ones and instructed me to buy some Hydracortisone and to take liquid benedryl. Boy did it help. I'm now 3 weeks post op tommorrow and everything is good, no more itching
  12. Thanks, I don't go back to Dr. K until May 6, so I think I might buy online.
  13. Where did you find the protein bullets?

Congrats, I'm a newbie also. I was banded on 03/28. Hang in there.
  15. I was banded on a Friday and drove on Monday. My doc left it up to me with exception to the day of surgery.
