I was all prepped, rolled into or, I was given a dose of a common routine antibiotic called ancef, seconds later i was vomiting, my entire body was brought red and burning, my tongue and throat swelled up and couldn't breathe. As far as I knew I was not allergic to any meds, now I know different. It was the scariest thing I've ever been through. My surgery is rescheduled for the 28th, with no antibiotics. I had my sleeve on the 28th, just got home yesterday. I've been feeling hungry the whole time. I can take a few sips of Water or Protein shake, pudding, but I can't make the hunger go away. Other than that, everything has been great! Sent from my XT1585 using the BariatricPal App

Hi all, this has been a long journey and I've read so many posts through out it, now, i am a little over 2 weeks from my surgery, feeling apprehensive.i am starting my pre op liquid diet on Monday, just looking for tips and strategies to get through it.
