I loved eating lemons peel and all. Is this still ok to do. And aftet how long. I'm only 4 weeks out so I won't attempt now, but thinking in near future.

198.6 I didn't make it to goal 3lbs short. No big deal bc I feel great and my workouts are awesome. .. thanks! Check that 197.5 after my workout. -
When I go into a convience store or even a grocery store I'm challenged by the choices. I'm 5 weeks out today and the dieticians or NUTs as some of you refer to them as(lol) , don't offer very much help other than "stick to the plan" we gave you. The plan calls for water or sugerfree packets in water. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
