  1. I am almost 6 months post-op. I have had a very stressful 2 months with my husband being ill. He was hospitalized for three weeks in Cleveland, OH and then Cheyenne

      because I have been away from home, I have not been getting enough protein and haven't been able to control what I eat as well. So subsequently I have lost only 55 lbs and am disappointed with myself. I am hoping I can get back on track and start losing some more weight.

      I'm sorry to hear that your husband has been ill. I can imagine how hard and distracting that can be from your diet. Don't beat yourself up about it just forgive yourself and move on because there is nothing we can do about the past, only the future.

      Oh my, so sorry your going through this. To get some protien in they do have powder shakes, you can take a small 8oz carton of the milk on the shelf. They sell it usually in the Organic section. Put powder in shaker at home take milk with you in purse or another bag you might take a book in to read? Mix the 2 when hungry and drink. I would also take the ready to drink drinks. Put in fridge at night does stay a bit cold while your out. Prayers to you and your husband.
