I don't really know how to define a "good" sports bra, but if you ladies send me the pictures, I might have some recommendations. *eyebrow wiggle*

As long as it keeps the puppies of America safe, I'm all for it.

Remember, the new guidelines are 15:2.... 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5......I bet it was LOADS of fun!! As a former CPR instructor, I bet they didn't tell you when you do the Heimlich manuver, the person OFTEN vomits.....so if somebody is choking in a restaurant, point them AWAY from your table if you try and save them.

Wait...you mean they serve food there?

I suspect she's trying to spin herself in a more sympathetic manner. Also, I predict she'll plug her "donations" website.

Well....it was a pretty poor excuse for a goatee. I have a lot of native American blood, so the "goatee" you see in those pics is actually the result of me not shaving for 4 - 5 weeks. I go through these cycles of shaving and not shaving. I'm currently bare -faced......but I'll get tired of shaving soon, and the goatee will make a comeback, LOL.

I think that link says it all.

You can click "ignore" on any poster, and you will not be able to directly view anything they post. However, if somebody "quotes" the ignored poster, you can still view it (in the gray box). Does that explain anything, or did I confuse you even more? I often have that effect on women. I suspect it's the chloroform... I don't think any sane person would wish any harm to any of them....IMO, the people that are making death threats are as looney as the octo mom.

Not too long ago, a high school senior wrote an impassioned letter to the editor of the Texarkana paper imploring parents not to let their children read any of the Harry Potter series, since author JK Rowling was an admitted witch. Her basis?? An article written by The Onion. I laughed for a month about that. Poor girl, putting her name in print and her foot in her mouth at the same time.

Agreed. She is quite clinically insane. She is very tough......but she's still a looney toon.

I always wondered that too. I know the sleeve isn't a surgery that relies solely on malabsorption, but I always wondered with the RnY and DS how you halt the process when you get to where you want to be.* *there may be a very easy answer to this....I haven't researched very much on either of these two surgeries because malabsorption has always kinda spooked me. -
Nice to know that Alfie's keepin' it classy!

But she didn't use it for living expenses (as per her mother). If she helped even with a little of the rent, maybe her mom wouldn't be losing the house. I feel REALLY bad for her mom. Allred!!! LOLOLOLOL Sounds like she's going to ask all the docs to donate pro bono services. I wonder if she'll be talking to any plastic surgeons?

Hmmmmm....well that's one way of looking at it. Whatcha get the BF for his birthday? Or is it too personal to talk about here, hmmmmm? Get it? Get it? PS- I'm talking about sex. Sometimes my subtlety does me in.

Hmmmmm....I'll give it a look-see when I wake up today. That's as much of a commitment as I'll give at 0345. What are you doing up anyway? Baby-feeding time?

Sorry, Donna. I don't do the facebook aps....except for "flair", which my wife "sweetly" twisted my arm to do.

A big part of why the band is working for me is mindset (IMO). I have always looked at the band as an adjunct to a healthier lifestyle....a bridge to get me from here to there....a (I know it's horribly cliched here) tool. I read all the time on here (granted, mostly from newbies) basically how some people expect the band to either 1)somehow magically remove the desire to eat, or 2) physically stop them from eating too much, like a food policeman or something. Both of those views are flawed, but the second is the one that makes me cringe when I read it. I realize that right now I'm possibly underfilled, by some standards. There are very few foods that I can't tolerate. The thing is, my portion sizes are way, way down. Down to the point where I'm literally eating less than half of what I would pre-band. Combine those portions with exercise, and I'm losing weight. The perception that I'm using my band, as opposed to relying on it, is a source of pride for me....as flawed as that may be. It gives me a little self-esteem boost to have to "work" a bit to lose the weight, as opposed to being so tight that my band is doing all the work. Ah, now I'm rambling...but y'all have been so honest here that I guess I got into a semi confessional, though incoherent, roll. Sorry aboot that. *edited to add: reading back over this, I see that it comes off as completely judgemental. I wasn't thinking of any of y'all that have been having trouble when I wrote this. -
Why, 45 minutes southwest of Texarkana, Texas. If you want to mapquest it, the community is Douglasville, Texas 75551....be prepared for some podunk-ness. "Hotel for Dogs" - pretty good. It was every bit as laff-a-licious as a movie that's about recently orphaned siblings and euthanization of dogs can be! Kid movies I've loved - All the "Shrek" movies....but for my money, the best was "Hoodwinked"

Yes? Somebody call me? Oh sorry, that was my highschool nickname... Get him to play "Smoke on the Water"! Duh-duh-duh...Duh-duh-duh-duh...

But does the increased ghrelin level cause the obesity, or does the obesity cause the ghrelin increase? Hmmmmm..... -
Well....depends on how open-minded ya are..... *sleazy chuckle

Um, this old dude is chronically abused by the post-op transsexual that he married, and the focus is on the exercise?!? BTW, that pool was full of pudding, not Water. That makes it murder one, in my book.

I saw a movie like that on Cinemax.....it started with a pillow fight!
