I wanted to follow up to see how things are going. i tell you what I am excited and hope you are too. Before you know it we will be banded and cranking off the weight. Have you heard anything about being glued closed instead of stitched. Two female co-workers from my job both were banded this month and they both showed me their surgery marks. One girl was stitched and the other was glued. I got to say the one girl that was glued looked better and she is the one that just had it done about a week and a half ago. I hope you have a wonderful day and I will talk to you soon. I noticed you had a post a while back on the choice betweeen liquid and powder protein what did you decide? I found a great deal on some EAS brand protein at Sam's club. It was $25 for a huge bag of powdered protein and it taste good also.
