I wore Spanx tank top, on and of the first two weeks. Really helped with the pulling sensation on my abs. I am three weeks now and don't use it anymore.

Welcome...i was the samw way...if i drank anything cold my stomach would spasm... All i drink now is room temp, hot or warm drinks...i bought BariWise hot chocolate taste decent and it has 15gm of protein...
