From what I've seen, most people are fine after a few days and some return to work within a week. That is if they have office jobs where no heavy lifting is involved. So I would think those 5 days are enough. Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

Yep still the same date. Did pre-op last week. Man what I wouldn't give for one small meal. I got weighed yesterday, but it wasn't very accurate so I'm going to weigh Friday and see if anything has moved. Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App

I'm not nervous for the actual procedure. If anything I'm nervous about recovery because I have a 2.5 year old. I don't think she'll get why I'm not able to play on the ground with her for a few weeks.Awww yeah it'll be hard to explain. My daughter is 6 and I think she's more excited than I am. Are you allowed food, food or like veggies? I can have lettuce, spinach, tomatoes and a few other low starch veggies. But only 2 cups. This is the 2nd day and so far so good. Maybe no weight-loss, maybe inches? Or muscle gain from gym? Sent from my SM-G935T using the BariatricPal App
