Hey guys its been a month and 3 days post op. I had my sleeve april 8 2016 I was 136kg 299pounds and now im 119kg 262pounds!! Thats 37pounds!! Im sooo happy with the results, I Feel sooo good !! Im happy I changed my lifestyle I dont regret it. I recommend this to everyone it changed my life and im happy to say im a sleever . Soo anyone nervous to have to do the sleeve dont be its a life changing surgery. What I think about everyday is that im going to look good fit into all clothes I ever want to fit in and thats whats keeping me going and of course that all be fit and happy about my body. My goal was to get to 120kg 264 pounds mission complete! Now the fun starts my goal is to get to 100kg "220pounds" in 2months thats 20kgs 44pounds!! Its going to be hard but im motivated. My family always tells me your looking good and stuff soo it keeps me going, im glad I have that kind of support by my side. If you guys have any question dont be affraid to ask! Cheers. Hey i had my op 4 days ago and im felling a little pain not like the first few day. When i drink juice or Water i fell this weird felling like my stomach is about to hop out of my chest lool .. it hurts but i can handle it . But see the thing is when i drink or drink my Soup i dont fell full i dont understand im eating what the doctor told me to eat. Today i had a very emotion day my sibblings were having a bbq wings and salads and rice and me i was stuck eating chicken broth lmfaooo . They told me if you dont wanna see us eat site inside my mom and wife where sooo sad to see me eating chicken broth with a little cup of water. A few hours later it hit me and i just started crying it was bad i had never felt this way in my life.. i wasnt able to controle my emotions .. i need some comfurt .
