Kranky813@ I'm 6 months out and I'm taking a look at my food log I know I've incorporated some carbs. My thing was chips for a short time because I would throw up everything just about. That was the one thing I could keep down. I can't tolerate any types of bread. Some days it hard to get the Protein in with out a shake. I'm going to go buy a case of shakes today to help with protein intake. I do walk daily.
