Hi there, I had my band fitted 9 months to go, i have lost slowly throughout, -45lbs, another 30 to go. I seem to have hit a plateau and can't get the scale to move anymore, its been over a month, I am very discouraged and don't know what to do. I have increased my Protein intake, I have gone on liquids for a few days, all this try and shake-up my system......but it's not working. I don't know what to do. Please help me to get my scale moving again!!! :biggrin: Thanks

Hi there, I am also from the U.K but now live in Quebec, canada. I was banded last year July 26th, best thing I have ever done, I feel great, sleep better, more energy. Buying new clothes is actually fun now. I wish you all the best, its a great decision you have made. Amanda

Hi, I had my surgery last July 2007, have lost 39lbs so far. Can't get into the swing of things as far as exercise goes, got an Exercise bike, work loads and have 2 kids....time is tight. Any suggestions for exercise.?

Hi there, hows it going so far? Are you happy with your decision. I had mine fitted in July last year, and have lost 39lbs so far. I am originally from the U.K but now live in Canada.
