Wow!! Great work! I'm thinking the surgery is a few months away so after my weigh in on Wednesday I'll be getting a trainer and working out... I tore my calf muscle about 10 days ago, these injuries sure don't help with weight loss but you don't want to make things worse... I find Summer is always a good time for weight loss... Mexico has some great deals, I love vacationing there... The thought of recovering by the beach is appealing but I don't think I would be comfortable going out of the county for a medical procedure... Just a word on yoga... I started with something called gentle yoga ( I'm sure this isn't a standardized name)... The class was for only 60 minutes which included mediation.... Would you rather hear your too skinny, how much have you lost or your so fat, how much more weight are you going to gain?.... @rgme1983... You might want to consider targeting this question towards people who have similiar starting height, weight etc... As you... I think it's smart for you to asked questions... The only way you can do what's right for you is by gathering info.... I feel googling prior to meeting with a doctor will help you figure out what questions you want to ask at the appointment... It's the role of the Doctor to clear up misunderstandings and explain the procedures in full details... I've only once had a doctor get annoyed that I googled, he said is your Dr.google, gee it turned out he misdiagnosed me... It's the Information Age, think by now most doctors know people are googling and should have learned a professional way to respond to a patient saying I read this on Google...
