i have yet to take my butt to the gym!!!!!!!!!! i need to stop playing and tone myself up...i'm big on cardio exercise...which is taking the weight and inches off...but leaving me flabby...i power walk/jog anywhere from 9-16 miles 6-7 days a week!!!!!!!!! i know....cardio physco!!!!!!!! i alternate my days now with bike riding...when i do ride my bike i double the amount of miles i walk...its getting hot here in cali...soon i'll have no choice but to go to the gym...i love to walk/jog...my mom calls ms. forest gump....lol
