  1. I haven't had a real stall. I'm slowly losing but not really getting stuck. I try to play around with different calorie intake every few days. I might have 800-850 for a few days then I do a day and go up to 950 and then go back down. I talked to my nut and she said this keeps my body constantly on "active" so it doesn't get stuck. Hope this makes sense.
  2. Glad to hear everyone have success in their journey. I started at 208 when I started this journey. After my 10 days pre-op diet, day of surgery I was at 196 (3/28). This weekend, I'm at 170 and down from size 20 to a size 14. Are yall shopping for new clothes yet or any recommendations? I'm swimming in my clothes but don't want to spend too much money on new clothes.
  3. Where do you get the isopure drinks? Supplement store. We have a place called vitamin shoppe and that's where I buy it. It's about $4.60 for a 20oz bottle.
  4. I'm onto soft foods starting today and after 3 tablespoons of hummus, I was full. I'm still drinking one bottle of isopure a day to get my 40g of protein. I love these juices because it's different from the shakes. It has 40g of protein per 20oz bottle. No sugar, no carbs. Only 160 calories. Only drawback is it gives tour mouth that dry feeling due to the protein. So, for those having issues with getting their protein in, try this.
  5. Getting my water and protein in is the hardest for me. I'm 6 days out and today I was able to walk around a lake near my house which was almost 3 miles, the other day I walked around the entire zoo. I was uncomfortable at times but I was able to push through it. Today, is the best I've felt; not feeling light headed anymore. I was having some pain around my largest incision, mainly when I was sitting in the car driving. But when I am standing, I feel nothing. I also found room temperature stuff works best for me. I get tummy aches when I drink anything too cold or too hot which is super weird because I usually refuse to drink anything without ice or super cold. One day at a time is what I keep telling myself. I'm trying to avoid getting on the scale but it's hard not to. I was at 196 on surgery day and today I'm at 187. Woohoo!!
  6. I also had my sleeve done on the 28th. The first few days was "typical" in that i felt blotted and sore. When I was able to finally go on full liquids, I'm afraid I'm not getting enough of Protein and Water in. After 2 sips, I feel full. I'm literally walking around everywhere with my water bottle sipping all day but I still don't think it's enough. I'm definitely feeling the head hunger and today I felt a little light headed. I was feeling the effects of low calories. Best to everyone!!
