If you are a March 30th sleever or close to the date, I would like to know how everyone is doing. So far for me everything is going really well. Some confusion here and there and I'll either figure it out myself or contact the doctors office. What stage are you on? How are you feeling? Have you returned back to work? Gym? Wow! Everyone is doing amazing! I struggle day to day with Water and Protein intake. Some days are good and some not so good. I just continue to push through. I noticed that this week I haven't been feeling so good. Today it dawned on me that it's probably my water and protein intake and that I need more. I've lost 23lbs so far and I'm very proud of myself!! I'm proud of you guys as well. I'm looking forward to getting back to the gym as I have a doctors appt next week.
