  1. Your entitled to your opinion.The biggest risk is you dropping into an undertow and not duck paddling back up to the surface. I'm almost a month out post op.I do 2 miles on the treadmill each day and have started back at the gym.ive surfed since I was 6 years old,just ride the wave and stay on your board....     Incision site problem

    I had the same issue with 1 of my incisions post op.I went to my primary care provider they gave me an antibiotics a topical Cream and in pill form. 3 days later I was fine and everything healed up.Best of luck,hope you feel better soon. Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

    one year anniversary

    I'm 3 weeks out i did treadmill workouts and walked pre-op.I just did my first 2 miles post op and feel good.Thank for the inspiration,congrats on the amazing loss of weight.I can't wait to resume my strength training routine in a few more months...thanks again You Rock!!!     Upper body / back pain after surgery
