In response to the Protein question ... I drink Premier Protein drinks they come in three flavors, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla. I prefer the chocolate. One shake has 30 grams of protein and I seem to be losing and not gaining. It works for me... Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
