Hello all! I'm 34 and new to the group. I am a month+ out of gastric bypass surgery. Being from TN I am dealing with sinuses and allergies. I'm having a horrific time getting whole foods down and getting full quick due to drainage. I chew my foods slow and a lot. I know I'm not getting enough food because of this. What can I do? I have told my dr but he and the nutritionist just suggested powder protein with drinks. I still need to eat! Any advice welcome!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
