Number 14, ask for help .... I finally started using this one. It was so hard for me to actually ask for help, yet I was always there whenever anyone else needed help. I finally realised that I too need and deserve help, at times.... Thank you @@Inner Surfer Girl, Great reading xxx

Had such a great day today, and then Dumping happened right after my dinner. Not happy
-
Thank you! Yes, it is a learning curve. I was so proud of myself last night that I took 30 mins to finish my meal. It was as per food plan, had this before, no issues. I guess I have to pay attention to how long my defrosted food stays in the fridge. No more than 2 days. I had minced beef with cheese sauce and vegetables. Beef looked fine, smelled fine and tasted fine ... I'm only guessing that this was the culprit. So, for now no red meat for me. Maybe it was too fatty. I really don't know ....
Time will tell. Thank you for your support
-
Beef is usually the hardest protein as it really never digests 100%. Give it some time and then try it again. You are welcome for my support. Believe me, I know how important support it and frankly, you've earned my support and respect.

I too had a drain. I had a fair bit of oozing, so the drain collected it all nicely. I'd rather have the inconvenience of the drain, than a serious Fluid build up internally ... Better out than in, Shrek's mantra Had my drain for 3 days, also. Was glad to have it taken out, and did not suffer any complications.

@@CHM OMG, sounds like Alaska and/or Siberia ..... I know I'm not good with the temp conversions, but this sounds deathly to me too! I would move out too! I forgot to mention Toronto, Canada but it wasn't as cold as the other places I've been to/lived in. Vancouver was like Sydney, temperature wise, for me anyway I wore short sleeves when I first came to Melbourne, Oz, in the winter time. People thought I was mad ..... Now I ask my Dad who still lives there, to put central heating on when I visit him in the winter .... -

I always worked shift-work, so my body clock was out of whack for over 20 years ... Nursing, then flight attendant International division. All settled once I quit shift-work .... for a while Insomnia back due to my Graves disease/Hyper thyroid @ Please take my Graves, you will feel hot all the time, I promise The coldest winters I experienced were in Central/Northern Europe ... and New York ... At -25C (-20F, I think), I needed a balaclava for my face, as my nose would freeze up .... Even the warmest thermal under wear did not help .... gloves, hats, warm scarves ..... Now that was Cold! Getting out of bed and Running to the shower, the hottest shower, then piling on layers upon layers upon layers of clothes ..... like an onion, then venturing outside and slipping and sliding on the icy footpaths wearing a heavy winter coat .... I loved ice-skating though and some skiing .... -

@@CHM, my GP did not want to prescribe the only non-appetite increasing anti-depressant that apparently is the best non addictive sleeping pill ever .... my bariatric psychologist suggested it to me, as sleep is important in recovery, and my hyper-thyroid has been keeping me awake again, for weeks! So, I have super strong sleeping pills, yet unless I take 2-3, then no sleep for me .... Over it, really .... Not depressed, but very sleep deprived ..... -
