So week 5. Almost to 6!!! But they still want me to eat every 2 hours and get 42 grams of Protein. I'm barely getting my Water. I'm feeling over full (I think it's the combination of the two). I will admit I'm happier now, before I couldn't take the shakes, retried Beans etc so I wasn't eating. Any advise? Ive always have been a picky eater. So just trying to get the protein from the foods I do like. (meat and potatoes were my go to for every meal now I eat meat and try to cut out the sides. But I always feel like I'm missing something.) thanks for reading!!!
