Porkchop911- aren't these people amazing? It's like having a whole team of nutritionists at your fingertips! The motivation they give is also super. I wish I could offer advice but I'm only a bit over two weeks out and trying to up my calories (per advice of my online team :) ). I will say this though- you have the best online name ever!!!

Thank you. I do like my name... porkchop was a nickname from a friend and my b day is 9/11. So I put it all together and have porkchop911.. these people are amazing. I am so impressed with the wealth of information and resources we get from this forum.

Hi, had my sleeve the same day, 3/23/16 & I can't seem to get in my Water what are you doing to help you? I'm glad I found someone who had it the same day as me :-)

I found an app on my phone that reminds me to drink every 15 minutes. I have it set to 2oz every 15 minutes. Works pretty good. But it is very annoying to get this reminder... lol but if I don't do that I won't drink enough..

It took about a week or so for it to stop by if you feel like food is getting stuck then you may have ate too fast or the food was too hot or too cold. I've done that not thinking and take another bite too soon then I get this horrible pain.. it does go away but it hurts like hell for a few seconds

I had mine March 17th. I'm on mushy foods. Spicy stuff irritates my stomach.. and I love spicy foods.. I'm not have many issues other than a lot of gas pain and heartburn. I have heartburn sometimes when I wake up in the morning..

I had my Sleeve done on March 17th.. I've lost about 30 lbs but it would be great to have a buddy to talk to about things and different outlooks on things that are happening to me on my journey..
