Hi was banded 5/9 and started on prtein shakes 3x a day ,then at 2 week mark I started mushy foods such as scrambled egg(heaven),cottage cheese ,strained creamy soups,yogur,and sugarfree pudding:),and I get full ,never feel hungry but get cravings.Started my walking too.I bought a cooler bag and plan meals in am .If on the go its great,I also pack my water with ice pack.
