Congrats on your amazing journey!! You are a true inspiration and you look fantastic!! I'm only 3 months out and carbs have always been my downfall. I'm avoiding them as much as possible and I'm realizing that I don't miss them as much now that I'm eating mostly Proteins and veggies.
